  8. This default translation copies data from a ProDOS file into a Macintosh file.

  10. How to Use It

  12. If all the other translators in the ProDOS to Mac menu are inactive or unable to translate a file, Apple File Exchange performs the default translation.  By using the default translation, you can put data from ProDOS files into Macintosh files.

  14. To ensure that Apple File Exchange performs the default translation, you must deactivate all other translators in the menu.  (Active translators are checked in the menu.  To deactivate an active translator, select the translator's menu item.)
